eBay: An Abundance of eBay Books

It seems like just about anywhere you go you can hear something about eBay. People are always talking about what they bought, what they sold, the new eBay “it” commercials, something interesting they saw up for sale or how they know someone who knows someone who makes great money selling on eBay.

There are still a lot of folks who think they can’t make money on eBay, or those who want to but don’t know how to get started. Well don’t be discouraged – just check out your local library, Amazon.com or any bookstore and you’ll find bunches of books for just about everything eBay.

Lots of authors have written about their successes on eBay as well as how-to books. You’ll find everything from how to set up an eBay store, how to photograph your items, how to find things to sell, what sells and what doesn’t. You can even find books on how to buy things on eBay and protect yourself from fraudulent auctions and what to do if something you’ve purchased doesn’t meet your expectations.

The experience of others is of great benefit to anyone starting out new on eBay. No subject has been left unwritten about! Here are some eBay books I found on Amazon.com:

eBay for Dummies by Marsha Collier – the quintissential book for the eBay newbie.

How to Sell Anything on eBay – and Make a Fortune! by Dennis Prince – Prince gives you everything from step one to managing all of your auctions and making great money on eBay.

How to Buy, Sell and Profit on eBay by Adam Ginsberg – a quote from Amazon’s review says: “In October 2001 Ginsberg had a modest business selling high-end pool tables and tried selling one on eBay on a dare. For him, the rest is history. He now runs a million-dollar eBay business and ships pool tables all over the country.” Now if that isn’t inspirational, I don’t know what is!

So now you know that anyone, anywhere can become a great eBay Seller – even a PowerSeller! Good luck, happy bidding and happy selling.
