Threatening The Big Guys
April 26th, 2006 by Marsha JamesFlorin Horicianu was sentenced to 5 months in prison for making threats against two top Ebay employees. He says they owe him over $7,000 for flying to Romania and getting many merchants to take their business online at the big auction site.
Ebay says they don’t owe him any money and so Mr. Horicianu decided to send threats that he would “haunt them and their families”.
He’s a citizen of America now. You would think he would learn the first rule. Someone so much as looks at you badly. Sue him.
