Make Your Terms Clear

March 10th, 2008 by Joyce Priddy

Many times buyers can get confused about the terms for shipping, handling and returns.   Although the majority of your auction listing should be based on the sales pitch, the bottom part should be your terms.  Make certain that your terms are very clear in your auctions.  Some people don’t like to list all this information.  However, you can lose customers that way.

Customers like to know the fine print.  They don’t want to hunt for it.  Having it clearly listed at the bottom of your auction will enable you to provide the information in a clear and concise method.  Use the top part of the auction to sell your product and the bottom part of the auction to gain your customer’s trust and finalize your deal.
