To Be a Powerseller

I have been an eBay member for a few years now and most of the transactions I have had were as a buyer. I have sold a few items but most of the time, I am on the lookout for great buys too.

One factor I consider in buying an item, aside from the price and quality of the item itself, is the reputation of the seller. I check the feedback left by previous customers so that I can gauge if the seller is credible. It also means that a lot of the customers were satisfied with their loot too, so that is a good sign.

It is also a factor if the seller communicates well with the buyer and responds in a timely manner. Of course, before I place my bid on an item, I have to be 100% sure that my questions are answered.  If a seller is accommodating to my queries, it’s a plus factor for me.

One more thing is the expectation set for items sold. It is best if the actual state of the item is described so that the buyer has a choice if he/she will still buy it. As they say, honesty is the best policy.

These are some of the traits of a Powerseller. It takes a while to build a reputation but if one is serious in achieving it, it can be done.
